This is where I would write recipes if I had any. Anyway, hi! This is the kitchen. This will be a work in progress for a while as I put together some recipes, weird opinions and tier lists. I have a huge special interest in cooking and world cuisine, but I'm ironically not much of a chef despite my passion in growing things you can eat. I'm looking to change that, though!

For now I'll just be filling up the cupboard, have a look!

Are you brave enough for the world's stinkiest fish? Most YouTubers eat this wrong. You put it on flatbread with potatoes, dill and sour cream :)


Piirakka!!! Hell yes!!!! This is a traditional Christmas food in my family, but I could eat it every day (with egg butter).



I love räkmacka!!!!! yummy!!

You either die a hero or you live long enough to enjoy pickled herring. I hated this stuff 2/3rds of my life. I'll admit it: I love it now. I might even look forward to the pickled herring.
