I;m thinking about thos beans. I'm not so super bean-pilled, but I love runner beans because of their impressive size and beautiful coloration. They taste pretty damn good, too! Mostly I just love the feeling of them in my hands.

Cultivar: 'Nepalese Bell'
The tastiest chili I've ever grown. It's very fruity and fragrant, especially releasing its herbaceous character when fried. The one downside is that it takes a VERY long time to mature. I planted these in January and didn't get fruit until July.

Cultivar: 'Marketmore'
All cucumbers are the vegetable of all time, but my boy Marketmore blows the rest out of the park. Not only is it extremely crispy, juicy and lacks a single hint of bitterness, it also grows EXTREMELY fast and is very low maintenance.

I love beets. This one makes me shout I LOVE BEETS from the rooftops. Not only is Chioggia beautiful; it also has an extra layer of earthiness you simply can not get in stores. It's absolutely crazy that beets can taste this good.

MELON
Cucumis melo (Flexuosus-gr.)

Otherwise known as 'cucumber melon', this is Carosello, one of those weird things you'll only ever experience if you grow it yourself. Unripe it's a cucumber, ripe it's a melon. It's also oddly furry. I didn't like growing it. The plant itself is this annoying cross between squash and cucumber and is rather unwieldy.
